Availability

Altamar is available for rental all year round.

We do not charge a supplement for a single week booking and can often arrange flexible arrival and departure days. We are also happy to quote for short breaks.

Rates

All rates are for seven nights and are in U.S. dollars.

Rental deposit is 25% at time of booking and the balance is due 45 days prior to commencement of rental.

Summer

Summer rates are effective from 15th April through to 14th December.

Summer rates from (US) $920 to (US) $1820 depending on occupancy (2 - 8 people).

Winter

Winter rates are effective from 15th December through to14th April.

Winter rates from (US) $1550 to (US) $2450 depending on occupancy (2 - 8 people).

 

All rates are subject to change without notice.

Daily maid service is available subject to a 10% service charge. Cook is $210 per week additional.

Checkout time is 12:00 noon. Sorry, but no credit cards are accepted.
