The villa is set in over an acre of landscaped grounds. There is a detached, self-contained cottage close to the main villa, that comprises another large double bedroom and a large ensuite bathroom. At the side of the villa there is a service yard and a car-port.

At the back of the villa there is a large (30' x 12') covered veranda, with a wonderful view of the ocean. This area includes a bar and a brick-built barbecue at the far end. Extending from the veranda is a large, partially shaded timber deck - perfect for sunbathing!

All around the property there are lawns shaded by coconut palms. The beach at the southwest corner is accessible via a gate from the garden, followed by a few steps to the sand.
