The villa is set in over an acre of landscaped grounds. There is a detached, self contained cottage close to the main building, which has another large double bedroom and an ensuite bathroom.

Upon entering the villa there is the dining and living area. There are 3 double bedrooms, the master with an en suite bathroom. The other bedrooms share a similar bathroom. There is a fully equipped kitchen, including a fridge freezer, cooker and dishwasher.
